FAQ Jeep Safari Spray Lakes

Pick Up can be arranged from you hotel in Banff or Canmore.

Although we do not have a specific minimum age for this trip. Due to the longer nature of this tour we generally recommend that all participants be 6 years of age or older

We can arrange customized pickup times upon request but for anyone looking to include the Mt Engadine afternoon tea and charcuterie pick up times are the following:

  • From Banff: 12:30pm
  • From Canmore: 1:00pm
  • Pick up from Canmore or Banff: Your guide will provided you with a pre-trip briefing  to ensure everyone knows what to expect and to ensure everyone has everything they need for an amazing experience. During our pre-trip briefing the guides will also provide you with a copy of the Waiver for you to review and complete prior to heading out . All participants are required to sign the Waiver as a condition of
    participating.
  • Upon spending approximately 1 hour sightseeing you will arrive at Mt Engadine Lodge for afternoon tea & chacuterie
  • Optional 20 min hike to view petroglyphs
  • Return to your hotel will be between 4 – 5pm

Yes! Tea & charcuterie are included. Additional beverages and meals can be purchased at the Lodge 

This trip may be subject to itinerary change or in an extreme case even possible cancellation due to unexpected water levels and/or weather conditions. We will try to accommodate trips accordingly. In case we need to cancel for any reason we will provide a full refund

Participation in activities with Canadian Wilderness School Expedition/Bow Valley Canyon Tours involves risk, dangers and hazards. All participants must read and agree to the Waiver as a condition of participating in any activities. By signing you will waive or give up certain

The Waiver will be presented to each participant, for their review and completion, at the start of the activity. A refund will be given if a participant does not sign the Waiver. Take the time to read the Wavier before proceeding with your booking.

If you are booking for others, it is your responsibility to ensure you bring this Waiver
requirement and the terms of the Waiver to their attention.

Your credit card will be charged the full amount upon purchase. You may cancel your booking at any time up to 48 hours prior to the start date of your trip for a refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior start date will not be issued a refund.
